AL.PI is synonymous of Laser Tube Avant - Guarde thanks to special profiles working process.

The use of Laser Technology in cutting tubes with different profiles, such as round tubes (with diameter from 10 to 220 mm), elliptical tubes, square tubes (up to diameter 200 x 200 mm), rectangular tubes (up to diameter 200 x 150 mm), triangular sections, oval flats, allows considerable advantages to obtained the innovation of the production process, in the high quality level.

Using laser for cutting tubes allows us to work efficiently with materials such as aluminium, stainless steel (8 mm thick), iron (11 mm thick) without needless waste, without transferring the parts to different machines for different operations, without manual loading and unloading and without processing defects and technological non conformities due to the production process, and avoiding the production of moulds.

TUBE CLEANING DEVICE 
Intergranted in our Laser Machine, it allows to inhale the dust, residual of the laser working process, to keep clean the pipe's internal surface .

BENDING METALLIC PIPES WITHOUT ANY PIPE-BENDING 
We introduce an innovative solution of bend without any pipe-bending machine; a new concept that use the laser cut: we make some cuts on the pipes so can manually bend the pipes, to obtein an economy in the metallic frame production.

Our machinary

LT8
The LT8 laser pipe cutting machine works diameter range tube from 12 to 220 mm and a bar weight up to 35 Kg/m., it is a 3D laser that excels for top quality and extremely precise laser cutting.
Equipped with tilting head, it allows on all sections 3D cut processing on pipes, open and special profiles ( also concave)
An efficient automatic loading system combined to a unique and ingenious upload.
The automatic parts nesting software module combined with the extremely reduced end bar scrap, help better exploit the available material.

LT FIBER
The new technology of the fiber laser offers significant advantages in terms of a wider range of materials that can be processed, among them also high-reflective materials such as copper and brass; aluminium (6060, 1050, …) and galvanized iron become easy to cut. A considerable productivity increase is obtained on small thicknesses of stainless steel.
There's the opportunity of processing open profiles ( L, C, U and frames for locks) and special sections (as triangle tubes etc..) for little and medium dimension of pipes. The Fiber Laser stands for a stage of evolution, a precise laser cutting on tube from diameter 10mm to 152mm, with the possibility of unloading system lengths of 6500 mm. The system is set up:
- weld seam detector
- control device for enhanced piercing "booster".
